Dylan spelling

Today Dylan was making a sleep chart for Tim because last week we started him on one. We were having some problems with him going to bed and not yelling for us for all sorts of reasons. So now each morning if he didn't yell the night before he gets to put a sticker on his chart. Once he gets 10 stickers he gets to go to "Chuckin' Cheese" thats what he calls it. So when he was making Tim's chart he had me write "Daddy" on it. Little did I know that he knew how to spell it! Then we went over how to spell "mommy", cause that is only fair, right? Here is the video of our little smarty pants.

baby ticker

Notice the new addition to my blog...a baby ticker. It shows what my baby looks like and how far along I am. I totally thought I was 14 weeks already but apparently I'm still 13, oh well. Kinda fun to see what he/she looks like at this point. The names that Dylan picked out for the baby are very unique and totally taken from Disney movies. For a boy it will be Alex No Stall, and for a girl it will be Gloria Vinyl Toupee.  

New Baby

This is the video we took when we told Dylan and Natalie, (and Riley) that we were going to have another baby. We were expecting a little more excitement than we got. Natalie wants to see it and Dylan is more concerned about where his car seat is going to go and of course that it will be a boy. One thing that surprised us was that apparently Dylan already knew! He is something else. 

Deanna's Playhouse

Yesterday went met my friend Jenn and her boys at Deanna's Playhouse in Holland. It was the first time we had been there and it was a lot of fun. Dylan did not want to leave after finding a Buzz Lightyear costume! He didn't take it off and even had to be bribed with Mc Donald's to take it off.  Natalie of course found a princess dress and was loving dancing on the stage they had there. I love the second picture because when Jenn took it Natalie went right up to Dylan and put her little arm around him and said "cheese". It was darling! Thanks for the pictures Jenn!

Before you watch this video and are super impressed let me just tell you that I only read that book to him once. Also while I was reading it to Natalie right before this video, he was watching TV and not paying much attention to us...so I thought. I was half way done with reading it to Natalie when she insisted that Dylan reads it to her.  She lost interest right away that is why she is on my lap talking and making a whole bunch of noise, but Dylan didn't stop. He definitely has a gift for memorizing, Tim says its from him but I am convinced its from me. :)

Christmas album!

Instead of putting all the pictures on my blog, I decided to put the album I made with all the pictures up. We had a very busy Christmas, a week straight of parties every night! Needless to say, the kids got a TON of presents and we are still trying to figure out where to put them all.
